Storm scams and complaints

If you think a contractor is running a storm-related scam, the Iowa Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division takes complaints online (file a consumer complaint). For questions about an insurance claim, contact the Iowa Insurance Division.

For any emergency, such as a fire, a downed power line or a gas smell, leave the area and call 911.
